We greatly appreciate your purchase and hope it was everything you hoped for! In the case that there was a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll happily exchange it or issue a Harmony store credit. We do NOT offer cash refunds.
If necessary to exchange or return an item please note:
E-mail email@example.com within 5 business days from receipt of goods with a short explanation of why you're dissatisfied with your merchandise.
Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or Harmony credit only. Once again, we do NOT offer cash refunds.
-Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new condition with any and all tags attached.
-Please include a copy of your shipping invoice that accompanied your merchandise.
-All returns and exchanges must be received by Harmony within 30 business days from invoice date. The entire process, after we receive your merchandise, may take up to 45 business days.
-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
-Any worn or "skated" items will not be accepted and/or eligible for being returned.
-Harmony is not responsible for manufacturer warranties, except on Harmony Skateshop brand products.
-A return must be approved by a Harmony.
- Please do not send us items that have not been approved for a return. For instance, worn or skated items will not be refunded or shipped back.
* If your merchandise does not meet the above criteria, your return will be refused. *
